I blinked and, suddenly, it was November. How did that happen?! It seems like just a minute ago I was swearing that I’d definitely never do 5 weekends of markets in row again. But here I am, all booked up and set to tour around Scotland with my ceramics for 5 weekends in a row. I’ve got a great line up of markets this year though, and I’m very excited to have added 2 new design markets in some of Scotland’s leading galleries and museums to the line up alongside returning to some favourites.

One of the comments I heard the most is about how difficult is it to choose what pattern to buy (or how to choose just one pot - to which I say start with the one you love most, and collect the rest over time).

I’ve been up to my elbows in the clay the last few weeks (literally, as well as figuratively - I’m a messy maker) making lots of stock from my main collections, as well as squeezing in a little bit of time to make some special one-off and exclusive items just for markets.
