‘Better Half’

A playful duo of brooch pins inspired by the phrase (and, specifically, my dislike of it) “my better half”. It’s not a phrase I’ve ever been a huge fan off, instead I prefer to think of 2 full forms that are strong on their own, and that just happen to compliment each other perfectly to create a new shape together.

It’s up to you how you wear them - you can play around with their composition together on one item of clothing, or maybe you’ll wear one on your coat and the other on your jumper like a little shadow that’s been left behind. Or why not gift one to someone special to both wear together while apart, like a contemporary (and significantly more stylish) version of the classic friendship necklace.

Each brooch set contains 2 brooch pins - one monochromatic and one copper, each in the same pattern.

I’ve made a very, very limited run of only 1 of each set of these brooches for Edition One of Studio Exclusives - each piece comes with an information slip with details about the project and how many were made for this edition. You’ll also receive a tiny keepsake drawing with your order.

Each piece is handmade and individually illustrated, meaning no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Each piece is imperfectly unique, with subtle differences worth celebrating.
